Responsibility
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Execute public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Monitor social media channels to manage community engagement and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize future campaign results.
- Provide exceptional client servicing by maintaining regular communication and managing expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and social media algorithm updates.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent copywriting and editing abilities.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
