Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage both virtual and in-person events (workshops, product launches, networking sessions, etc.) from concept to execution, ensuring seamless logistics and attendee experience.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and vendors to amplify reach and enhance event visibility through strategic partnerships.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive brand image.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and promotional assets, using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and event marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, content creation, or event coordination, preferably in a marketing or communications role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, content creation, or event management projects.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging, on-brand content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) is highly desirable.
- Passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and event planning, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Familiarity with Baliâs culture, digital nomad community, or hospitality industry is a bonus.
