Responsibility
- Content Creation & Management: Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) including posts, stories, reels, and videos that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across all digital channels to foster a loyal and interactive online community.
- E-Commerce Optimization: Manage product listings, descriptions, and visuals on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada) to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs (engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to refine strategies.
- Paid Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing paid social media and Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and sales.
- Influencer & Partnership Collaborations: Identify and coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and affiliates to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Customer Retention: Implement email marketing and loyalty programs to nurture existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform content and product strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Creative Skills: Strong copywriting, graphic design (Canva/Photoshop), and video editing skills to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and metrics to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills with a flair for storytelling and brand messaging.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for Food: A genuine interest in tropical fruits, particularly durian, and a desire to educate and excite global audiences.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
