Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and A/B testing.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices for organic growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Social Media Administrator, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) are advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
- Passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of social media platforms.
