Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for fashion and social media? PT Jimshoney Indonesia Pratama is seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Specialist to join our team in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas). In this role, you’ll craft compelling content that elevates our retail fashion brand, engages our audience, and drives growth across digital platforms.
As part of our marketing team, you’ll collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality visuals, captions, and campaigns that resonate with modern consumers. Your expertise in trend analysis and platform algorithms will help us stay ahead in the competitive fashion e-commerce space.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal fashion trends.
- Create engaging social media posts (photos, videos, reels, stories) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and designers to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content strategy based on insights.
- Stay updated on fashion industry trends and competitor activities to inform content direction.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and ad copy that reflect the brand’s voice.
- Manage community interactions, respond to comments/DMs, and foster a loyal online following.
- Assist in paid social campaigns, including A/B testing and audience targeting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role in retail fashion.
- Portfolio showcasing high-engagement content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, hashtag strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and photography is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
