Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, reach, engagement) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with influencers, designers, and copywriters to produce cohesive, impactful campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in content calendar planning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand in the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track and report performance.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to trends and think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization for search and social.
