As our Social Compliance Specialist, you will spearhead audit programs, analyze compliance data, and collaborate with international stakeholders to mitigate ethical risks. Responsibility
- Manage and oversee end-to-end supplier social compliance audits for US market operations.
- Coordinate with third-party audit firms to ensure scheduling, reporting, and corrective action plans (CAPs) are executed timely.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify potential human rights or labor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor ethical sourcing inquiries and training sessions.
- Prepare comprehensive ESG performance reports for internal stakeholders and US regulatory compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance worker welfare and sustainability metrics across manufacturing partners.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of audit documentation, certificates, and compliance ratings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social compliance, ethical sourcing, or sustainability auditing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of international labor standards (ILO) and US trade compliance regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret audit findings and drive corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ESG reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-site facility inspections or supplier training workshops.
