As the SMT Manager, you will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, establish industry-leading standards, and optimize production workflows to ensure world-class quality and efficiency. Based in Badung, youâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions for global clients in aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial sectors.

Responsibility
- Lead and mentor SMT, PCBA, and Box Build production teams to achieve KPIs in quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement best-in-class manufacturing standards, SOPs, and continuous improvement (CI) projects using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Oversee end-to-end SMT processes, including stencil printing, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, and automated optical inspection (AOI).
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams to resolve production bottlenecks and optimize yield rates.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives through process automation, waste elimination, and supplier negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IPC, and customer-specific standards for electronics assembly.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics (OEE, DPMO, FTQ) to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Champion safety programs and maintain a zero-incident culture in high-precision manufacturing environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SMT/PCBA manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Deep expertise in SMT equipment (e.g., Fujitsu, Panasonic, ASM), reflow ovens, and AOI systems.
- Proven track record in process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction in electronics production.
- Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and ISO 9001/13485 standards.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
