Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their financial needs and business goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME sector to expand the companyâs client portfolio.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and risk analyses to determine creditworthiness and financing eligibility.
- Negotiate and structure financing solutions tailored to the unique needs of SMEs, including loans, credit lines, and other financial products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, compliance, and operations) to ensure seamless processing of client applications and transactions.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing SME accounts, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any issues proactively.
- Provide expert advice and financial guidance to SME clients to support their business growth and sustainability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to enhance client service and business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SME banking, business financing, or relationship management within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring and retaining SME clients, with a strong understanding of credit assessment and risk management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with business owners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and assess business viability.
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms, fintech solutions, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
