Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their financial needs and business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME sector to expand the company’s client portfolio.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and risk analyses to determine creditworthiness and financing eligibility.
  • Negotiate and structure financing solutions tailored to the unique needs of SMEs, including loans, credit lines, and other financial products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, compliance, and operations) to ensure seamless processing of client applications and transactions.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of existing SME accounts, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any issues proactively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SME banking, business financing, or relationship management within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and retaining SME clients, with a strong understanding of credit assessment and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with business owners and stakeholders.
