Responsibility
- Greet and welcome clients warmly as they enter the branch, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking needs with efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide information about financial products and services, guiding clients toward suitable solutions.
- Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while adhering to security protocols.
- Resolve client concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Stay updated on banking policies, procedures, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or banking is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software or POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
