Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and assess the financial needs of SMEs, offering customized banking and financing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement financial products tailored to the SME market.
- Monitor market trends and competitive offerings to ensure the company remains at the forefront of SME banking.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and performance analyses for assigned clients, providing strategic recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements affecting SME financing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SME banking, business financing, or a similar role within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of SME clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit analysis, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with fintech platforms and digital banking solutions is a plus.
