Responsibility
- Proactively prospect and acquire new SME and corporate clients to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments and present tailored banking solutions to clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client service.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting SME and corporate banking.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Track and report on acquisition metrics, providing insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SME or corporate banking, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services tailored to SMEs and corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) is a plus.
