Responsibility
- Evaluate loan applications by analyzing creditworthiness, financial statements, and collateral to ensure compliance with bank policies.
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outreach, networking, and referrals to expand the loan portfolio.
- Provide personalized loan consultations, explaining terms, interest rates, and repayment options to clients.
- Collaborate with branch teams to meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the bank’s revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of loan transactions, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, loan products, and market trends to offer competitive solutions.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct field visits (if required) to verify client information or promote loan products in assigned areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services, preferably in loan processing or client advisory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and basic financial analysis tools.
- Knowledge of loan products, credit assessment, and risk management is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (advantageous).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional local language skills are beneficial.
