Responsibility
- Provide personalized financial consulting to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable insurance and investment products.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service.
- Conduct financial needs analyses and develop customized financial plans to meet clients’ short- and long-term goals.
- Educate clients on life insurance products, benefits, and policy terms to ensure informed decision-making.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and converting leads into loyal clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to provide accurate and compliant advice.
- Collaborate with the team to organize client workshops, seminars, and one-on-one consultations.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial consulting, insurance sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with life insurance products, financial planning, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for client management.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
