Responsibility
- Proactively identify and prospect new SME clients in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to expand the company’s loan portfolio.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments of SME clients to determine their eligibility and recommend suitable loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular engagement and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Monitor and manage a portfolio of SME accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting SME financing in Indonesia.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets for loan disbursement and revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering financial advice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, relationship management, or SME lending within the banking/financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of SME loan products, credit assessment, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage a portfolio, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and local SME ecosystem is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
