Responsibility
- Provide personalized financial consulting to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable insurance and investment products.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and exceptional service.
- Conduct financial needs analyses and present tailored solutions to meet clients’ short- and long-term goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and Astra Life’s product portfolio to offer accurate advice.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and policy management.
- Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance, wealth protection, and retirement planning.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, AAJI) are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advisory, insurance sales, or wealth management (fresh graduates with strong sales acumen are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and propose optimal solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and financial planning software is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet clients as needed.
