Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring their financial needs are met through tailored product offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments to identify growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and pitch financial solutions, including loans, credit lines, and investment products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for their business expansion.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to recommend innovative financial products.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting portfolio growth, client retention, and revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all financial transactions.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on SME financial best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio management, corporate banking, or SME financial advisory.
  • Proven track record of managing a client portfolio with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of SME financial products, including working capital loans, trade finance, and asset-based lending.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software) and familiarity with risk assessment frameworks.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
