Aeon Credit Service is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive for Credit Management (AKPK) to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing AKPK accounts, driving collection targets, and ensuring compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines. Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee AKPK (Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency) accounts to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve collection targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to credit accounts, providing clear and professional resolutions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with BNM guidelines and internal policies in all credit management activities.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and customer service, to resolve complex credit issues.
  • Prepare and present reports on collection performance, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to enhance credit management processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit management, collections, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of AKPK processes and BNM regulations governing credit management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to analyze financial data and develop actionable strategies for debt recovery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with credit management software.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
