Responsibility
- Promote and demonstrate the latest smartphone models and accessories to customers in retail settings.
- Engage with potential buyers, answering questions and highlighting key product features and benefits.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs set by the brand and management.
- Conduct live product demos, comparisons, and troubleshooting to enhance customer understanding.
- Maintain a professional appearance and brand-aligned demeanor at all times.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team for product improvement.
- Set up and manage promotional booths, displays, and marketing materials in assigned locations.
- Collaborate with retail staff to ensure seamless in-store promotions and stock availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail or tech industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Passion for smartphones, gadgets, and emerging technologies.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage with diverse customer groups.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, energetic, and able to stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone specifications (OS, cameras, processors, etc.) is advantageous.
