Join Gadang Barubah Indonesia as an Area Manager and lead the operational excellence of our multi-outlet restaurant network across Bali’s most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train outlet managers and staff to maintain high performance and service excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure consistent brand representation, food quality, and service standards across all locations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, loyalty programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold hygiene, safety, and operational protocols.
- Resolve escalated customer or staff issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-outlet restaurant management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial forecasting for multiple locations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and local labor laws in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., POS, inventory systems).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions in Bali.
