Responsibility
- Stock and replenish products on shelves and displays to ensure availability and visual appeal.
- Maintain and update store displays according to company standards and promotional guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal merchandise arrangements.
- Ensure that pricing and product information are accurate and clearly displayed.
- Collaborate with store staff to optimize product placement and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular audits to check for expired or damaged products and remove them from shelves.
- Provide support during store events, sales, and inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or merchandising is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical ability to lift and move products, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
