Responsibility
- Design and install CCTV surveillance systems, intrusion alarms, and smart home automation for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine client needs and propose customized security and automation solutions.
- Configure and integrate IoT devices, sensors, and control systems for seamless smart home functionality.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in smart home technology, security protocols, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality equipment and materials.
- Document all installations, service reports, and client interactions for record-keeping and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in CCTV, alarm systems, or smart home technology installation and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of IP/analog cameras, access control, motion sensors, and home automation platforms (e.g., Control4, Crestron, or similar).
- Certification in security systems, networking, or smart home technologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system blueprints.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for on-site installations and service calls.
