Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on ACMV, chiller, wastewater, and DI water systems.
- Monitor system performance and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely manner.
- Operate and maintain facility equipment, including pumps, compressors, and control systems.
- Document maintenance activities, system performance, and repair logs for compliance and reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Provide on-call support and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintaining ACMV, chiller, or wastewater systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and work in confined spaces.
- Willingness to work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
