Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing staff on skincare products, treatments, and client consultation techniques.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on workshops.
- Assess and certify staff competency in skincare procedures, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, technologies, and product innovations to deliver cutting-edge training.
- Collaborate with the HR and product development teams to align training programs with business goals.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to staff to enhance their performance and confidence.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars as a skincare expert.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Skin Specialist, Esthetician, or Skincare Trainer in a reputable clinic or spa.
- Certification in Esthetics, Dermatology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven track record in training and developing teams in the skincare or beauty industry.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance provided).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
