Responsibility
- Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, laser therapies, and body contouring.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate client records and track progress to ensure optimal results.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement new treatment protocols.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in all procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in aesthetic treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Aesthetic Consultant or Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or clinic setting.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in advanced aesthetic procedures (e.g., laser, microdermabrasion) is a plus.
