Responsibility
- Prepare and bake high-quality pizzas according to standard and custom recipes.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow established portion control and presentation standards for consistency.
- Assist in training new team members on pizza preparation techniques and kitchen protocols.
- Handle customer special requests and dietary restrictions with professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment in a high-volume setting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar role in a restaurant or pizzeria.
- Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, sauce making, and baking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic English communication skills; Indonesian language is a plus.
