Responsibility
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machines safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report issues to maintenance teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including output quantities, machine settings, and any deviations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and improve workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Proven ability to operate CNC machines, assembly lines, or other production equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Certification in machine operation or vocational training in a relevant field is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with the team.
