Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Assemble, package, and label products according to specifications and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality control data.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
- Adhere to lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and safety procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by production demands.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and practices is an advantage.
