Responsibility
- Operate and maintain laser cutting/engraving machines with precision and efficiency.
- Follow detailed production specifications and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
- Perform routine machine inspections and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Monitor material inventory and report shortages or defects to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Document production data, including output quantities and machine performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Laser Operator or in a similar manufacturing role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Technical knowledge of laser machinery, including setup, calibration, and operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine programming (if applicable).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts or overtime as required.
