Responsibility
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking, organization, and restocking of supplies.
- Conduct local deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.
- Support daily business operations by coordinating with team members and external vendors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical or structural issues in a proactive manner.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces, tools, and storage areas.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment or displays for events or projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or in a similar hands-on role.
- Strong practical skills in repairs, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work (basic level).
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and perform manual tasks.
- Valid driver’s license (preferably for motorcycles or light vehicles) and familiarity with Bali’s roads.
- Basic English proficiency; additional knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required for deliveries or on-site support.
