Responsibility
- Design, plant, and maintain gardens, lawns, and landscapes to meet aesthetic and functional standards.
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
- Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems, fencing, and outdoor structures.
- Prune trees, trim hedges, and manage pest control using eco-friendly methods where possible.
- Conduct minor handyman repairs (e.g., fixing furniture, pathways, or lighting) to ensure property upkeep.
- Monitor plant health, identify diseases/pests, and apply appropriate treatments.
- Collaborate with property managers to plan seasonal landscaping projects.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery safely (e.g., mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers).
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Gardener, Landscaper, or Handyman, preferably in resorts or private estates.
- Strong knowledge of tropical plants, soil types, and sustainable gardening practices.
- Hands-on skills in pool maintenance, including water testing and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical repairs (a plus).
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in Bali’s climate, including lifting, bending, and kneeling.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and landscape design principles.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or in a team.
