Responsibility
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of sanitary systems (toilets, sinks, pipes, etc.) in residential and commercial buildings.
- Install and repair kitchen fixtures, including countertops, cabinets, and plumbing connections.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with safety and building standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve structural or functional issues in existing installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide cost estimates for materials and labor for repair or installation projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Construction Technician, Plumber, or similar role, with a focus on sanitary and kitchen systems.
- Proven ability to use hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, wrenches) safely and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, piping, and fixture installation techniques.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and follow detailed instructions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 25 kg) and work in confined or elevated spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Badung and surrounding areas.
