Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on beauty equipment, including laser machines, facial devices, and other clinic tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and other clinic infrastructure to comply with safety standards.
- Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of clinic assets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to address maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and facilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a clinical, spa, or hospitality setting.
- Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with beauty and medical equipment maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle manual tasks, including lifting and climbing.
- Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, or mechanical) is preferred.
