Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to safely load, unload, and move materials.
- Receive and dispatch inbound and outbound deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to prioritize tasks and meet daily operational goals.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment before use, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Assist in organizing warehouse space to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar warehouse/logistics role.
- Valid forklift operator certification (preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) as needed.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety, including knowledge of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime, as required.
