In this role, you’ll assemble, service, and repair a variety of bikes, from commuter models to high-performance road and mountain bikes. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in monitoring online feedback to uphold our brand’s stellar reputation across social media and review platforms.

Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive bike assemblies, tune-ups, and repairs for all types of bicycles, including road, mountain, hybrid, and e-bikes.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide accurate, efficient solutions to ensure optimal bike performance and safety.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, and drivetrain servicing.
- Inspect and test bikes post-repair to guarantee quality and safety standards are met.
- Assist customers with bike fitting, accessory installations, and personalized recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain an organized and clean workshop, including tool calibration and inventory management of parts and supplies.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on social media and other platforms to uphold brand reputation.
- Stay updated on the latest bike technologies, trends, and industry best practices to deliver cutting-edge service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bicycle Mechanic or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of repair and maintenance work.
- In-depth knowledge of bike mechanics, including hydraulic brakes, suspension systems, and electronic shifting (e.g., Shimano Di2, SRAM AXS).
- Certification from a recognized bike mechanics program (e.g., Barnett Bicycle Institute, Park Tool School) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation with clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and workshop management software is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to lift bikes (up to 20kg) and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
