Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on cooling towers and chiller systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems.
- Monitor system performance and optimize energy efficiency.
- Conduct water treatment and chemical balancing for cooling towers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
- Collaborate with facility management teams to improve system reliability.
- Provide emergency repair services as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cooling tower/chiller maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems and facility management.
- Familiarity with water treatment and chemical handling procedures.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
