Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Install, test, and troubleshoot electrical components and systems.
- Collaborate with mechanics and engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Electrician or similar role.
- Certification in electrical systems or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery electrical systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
