Responsibility
- Set up, operate, and dismantle audio-visual equipment for various events
- Conduct pre-event equipment checks and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand AV requirements
- Operate sound mixing consoles, microphones, and amplification systems
- Install and program lighting systems and visual effects
- Manage cable runs and ensure proper signal flow throughout events
- Provide on-site technical support during events
- Maintain inventory of AV equipment and report any maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in audio-visual production or related field
- Familiarity with professional AV equipment and software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina to handle equipment setup and long event hours
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety and cable management
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment transportation
