Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control (QC) measures to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and training to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, materials, and work areas to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Liaise with management to report progress, challenges, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing resources, timelines, and logistics effectively.
- Document and maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and corrective actions taken.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable work culture among team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, QC standards, and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and management.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with EPF and SOCSO compliance requirements is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
- Physical stamina to perform site inspections and oversee field operations as needed.
