Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, including laborers, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates, resolve challenges, and align on project goals.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident documentation.
- Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professionalism among site personnel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools for tracking progress and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid certification in construction safety or related field is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali as needed.
