Responsibility
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct procurement activities, including tendering, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
- Review and analyze contract documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice on cost control, value engineering, and claims management.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve financial and contractual issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract law, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is a plus.
