As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. With a minimum of 6 months of experience in Quantity Surveying, you will contribute to the success of construction projects across Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar.

Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify measurements, and ensure compliance with contract specifications.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure the best terms.
- Track project expenditures and provide accurate financial forecasting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, bids, and proposals for new projects.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Provide detailed cost breakdowns and value engineering recommendations to enhance project profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and financial management in construction.
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
