Responsibility

- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other legal documents with property owners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and local authorities to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on site evaluations, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
