Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems for development projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Develop and implement mechanical engineering plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets related to mechanical engineering tasks.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress and mechanical system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in the construction or development industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
