Are you a tech-savvy Site IT Engineer with a passion for construction projects and building services? Trust Recruit is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in Bali, Indonesia, supporting cutting-edge infrastructure development with robust IT solutions.
In this role, you will oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems for construction sites and building services, ensuring seamless connectivity, data security, and operational efficiency. Based in Bali’s vibrant regions—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into modern construction workflows.
This is a permanent, full-time position (5-day workweek) offering a competitive salary of $3,500–$4,500/month, along with opportunities to work on high-impact projects in a fast-growing sector. Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud solutions) for construction sites and building services.
- Ensure real-time data connectivity and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate IoT, BMS (Building Management Systems), and automation tools.
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive project data and on-site systems.
- Provide technical support for hardware/software used in construction workflows (e.g., CAD, BIM, ERP).
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades to enhance efficiency.
- Train on-site staff on IT best practices and new technologies.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and incident reports for compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field; certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or site-based technical roles.
- Proven expertise in networking (LAN/WAN), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with construction/building services IT systems (e.g., BMS, SCADA, IoT sensors).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and IT compliance standards is advantageous.
