Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise project governance frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Oversee quality management systems and drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards to track project and operational success.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments to streamline processes and improve interdepartmental workflows.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize business operations.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for high-impact projects and operational changes.
- Provide mentorship and training to project teams on best practices in project management and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports on project portfolios, operational performance, and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field; Masterâs degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, or operational excellence roles.
- Proven track record in implementing process improvements using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
- Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, and performance metrics (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, OKRs).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working in multinational or hybrid environments is highly advantageous.
