Based in Canggu, youâll collaborate with international clients and local stakeholders, leveraging the latest technologies in IoT, network infrastructure, and ELV integration to deliver future-ready solutions. Whether youâre optimizing CCTV, access control, or AV systems, your work will shape the next generation of smart spaces in Southeast Asia.
Responsibility
- Design and deploy ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA systems, etc.) for commercial and residential projects.
- Integrate IT infrastructure with ELV systems to enable smart building automation and IoT connectivity.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless system integration and compliance with standards.
- Conduct site surveys, create technical drawings, and develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for ELV/IT projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in networking, structured cabling, and system interoperability.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV/IT systems to meet project deadlines.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and maintenance teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in smart buildings, AV systems, and cybersecurity to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in ELV system design, installation, or IT infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in structured cabling, networking (LAN/WAN), and IP-based systems.
- Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems), KNX, or similar automation protocols.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire safety, and AV systems.
- Certifications in Cisco, Ruckus, or ELV-specific technologies are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
