Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities at water/wastewater project sites
- Ensure compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and local authorities
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Implement sustainable construction practices and environmental protocols
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience in water infrastructure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work in tropical field conditions and remote locations
- Valid K3 (Occupational Safety) certification preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or travel to project sites
