Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals and resolve on-site challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and material quality.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure all team members follow industry regulations and company policies.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Mentor and lead on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, supervision, or project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable construction practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as required.
