As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, from planning to completion, while adhering to safety, quality, and timeline standards. Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including cost tracking, material usage, and labor productivity.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Ensure all construction activities align with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Manage site documentation, including permits, drawings, and as-built records.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering or supervision, preferably in residential, commercial, or land development projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering plans.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali, with flexibility to travel to various project locations as needed.
